**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Sr. Project Manager at Security Finance, you will be responsible for managing project plans, status reports, scope, timeline, resources, budget, risk management, documentation, and issue resolution.
You will communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency of project status, risks, timeline, budget, and resources.
Your responsibilities will also include driving accountability among team members to ensure project goals are met while being on time, in scope, and in budget.
In this role, you will remove obstacles and blockers for the project team and protect them from non-prioritized work and scope creep.
You will champion change by communicating key information to stakeholders, including goals, project plan, project status, benefits, risks, issues, and changes.

- ~4 years' experience in leading and managing projects and project teams or related work experience
- ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ~ Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization

- ~ Proven ability to mentor and coach teams
- ~ Proven business judgment, including knowing when to make a decision versus escalate

- ~ Strong Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
- ~ Experience with project management tracking tools
- ~ Led projects using PMLC methodologies and Agile framework
