We are seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with team members and management, driving HR initiatives across our organization. This position works closely with leadership to foster partnerships and provides strategic support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with leaders and team members to support company goals.
- Lead change management efforts in support of strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to assess talent needs, manage succession planning, and support recruiting strategies.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
- Analyze HR metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support business objectives.
- Offer coaching on performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide HR policy guidance and support business unit restructuring and workforce planning.
- Identify training needs and assess the success of training programs.
- Maintain a customer service-focused and professional approach to resolving issues and maintaining confidentiality.
- This position operates independently with moderate supervision, requiring initiative and the ability to handle complex issues.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to drive HR initiatives that align with our business strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Three (3) years of varied professional level human resources experience in at least two major areas including employee relations
- OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Certifications and Licenses:
- May be required to possess a valid state of Florida driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (CP) certification
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
