What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vendor Network Manager position at Security First Insurance?
The Vendor Network Manager is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and maintaining a network of 3rd party services for all aspects of the claim lifcyle including specialty contractors, general contractors and claim service providers. Own collaboration with the network service providers including monitoring service level agreements, capacity and effective distribution of all assignments. Responsible for contract lifecyle including negotiation, contract adherence and renewal evaluation for all network providers. Assists Vice President of Claims with network expense budgeting and management.

- Six (6) years of vendor management experience
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
- May be required to possess a valid state of Florida driver’s license
- Current Florida 6:20 adjuster’s license in good standing or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Insurance industry designations or trade certifications as required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
