We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious high-rise condominium complex in Sunny Isles Beach. Responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Supervise a team of 8 employees, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Administrative Duties:
- Review and approve timesheets and expense reports.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Property Manager.
- Manage resident complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work.
- Security and Safety:
- Conduct after-hours checks to ensure the security of the property and its residents.
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents as needed.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in a high-rise residential setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Starting pays $ 23.00 to $ 24.00
- Potential for a pay increase after 90 days.
