- Promote products or services through effective sales techniques when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and best practices for effective communication.
- Ability to maintain positive, friendly and productive conversations is a mandatory skill.
