Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Commerical Building Maintenance Tech to assist with facility and maintenance needs for our San Francisco, East Bay and North Bay locations, Sun through Thursday.

Qualifications and Skills
Qualified applicants should have ALL of the following competencies and skillsets:
- Landscaping
- Irrigation
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Concrete/asphalt
- Framing
- Metalwork
- Facility Maintenance
- Must have a valid Driver's License, own Vehicle, and Insurance.
- Must be willing to drive to facilities around the san Francisco Bay Area (5 days a week)
***Must own dependable vehicle with insurance & California driver's license***
