Job Description: Unarmed Field Supervisor - Austin
Job Summary
The Unarmed Site Supervisor will oversee security operations at a designated site in Austin, Texas. The supervisor will ensure that security personnel perform their duties effectively and efficiently and maintain a safe and secure environment for all personnel and visitors.
REQUIRES A VALID STATE DRIVER'S LICENSE (minimum age 24 years old)
Availability for Evening and Overnight Shifts Needed.
Pay Rate $19 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel at the designated site
- Ensure that all security personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Monitor security operations to ensure that all procedures are being followed correctly
- Investigate and report any incidents or security breaches that occur at the site
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Ensure that all security equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Provide regular reports to management on security operations at the site
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and handle stressful situations
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must have good vision and hearing
