Job Description:
Security Watch is seeking a qualified Program Manager for a federal armed security services contract with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). This position is contingent upon contract award and will be based full-time, on-site, at both the Washington, DC, and Manassas, VA, locations.
The Program Manager will have the authority to act on behalf of the company and must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site representative for Security Watch with full authority to act on all matters related to contract performance.
- Administer and manage day-to-day operations of the security force in accordance with contract requirements.
- Ensure that all personnel and procedures are compliant with the Performance Work Statement.
- Coordinate closely with Government personnel and respond promptly to all operational needs, incidents, or emergencies.
- Supervise assigned staff and ensure that post orders and operational directives are being followed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Top Secret security clearance at the time of hire
- Experience in Supervising experience
- Full-time availability on-site and ability to respond 24/7 as required
- Demonstrated experience managing protective security operations
Additional Notes:
- Routine travel between ATF sites in Washington, DC, and Manassas, VA, is required.

Contingency: This position is contingent upon Security Watch being awarded the contract.
