Benefits :Sedaghat Law Group, APC is seeking to hire an Employment Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field.
As an attorney in this role, you will be responsible for managing cases from filing through to trial, including settlement negotiations, depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial proceedings. You will have access to paralegal and secretarial support, as well as law and motion assistance, allowing you to concentrate on strategy and litigation. Our office is a fast-paced environment, but we offer an amazing work environment.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctorate degree and current good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in employment law
- Working knowledge of employment laws and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills
- Superior analytical and legal research skills
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills
