The Director of Nursing will provide service and servant leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day patient care operations. They will develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university, with a current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing. At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
