QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with project stakeholders and DIRTT teammates.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage project details and scope.
- Knowledge of interior construction, including architectural elements, lighting, electrical, HVAC, and base-building fundamentals.
- Proficiency in reading construction documents and specifications.
- Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit is a plus.
- ICE software experience preferred, but training will be provided.
- Degree in Interior Design.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Contract Office Furniture industry, Architectural Interior Design, or a related field.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Included but not limited to
- Transform client needs and ideas from concept to completion, ensuring a unique and tailored DIRTT experience.
- Guide clients to DIRTT-specific solutions that meet their expectations and excite all stakeholders.
- Design projects using software, either from scratch or utilizing pre-existing AutoCAD™ plans.
- Review production information and drawings for accuracy.
- Create shop drawings for client projects.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope and site details.
