- Review design requests with the manager and sales staff.
- Meet with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
- Measure client spaces to ensure accuracy and avoid installation issues.
- Develop creative layouts tailored to client requirements.
- Assist clients with color, fabric, and material selections.
- Prepare materials boards, as required.
- Provide preliminary budget specifications for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to finalize design layouts and secure sign-offs.
- Produce detailed final drawings and specifications.
- Submit drawings and specifications for review by Operations.
- Prepare and submit complete installation packages to Operations.
- Stay informed on new products and offerings by engaging with manufacturers and vendor representatives.
- Degree in Design from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, computer-aided design tools, and internet research.
- Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
