Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will bring their creative expertise and design skills to support both new and existing clients. As part of a dynamic team of creative workplace designers, you will uphold high standards for design, foster exceptional customer satisfaction, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary project team including sales, project management, and procurement support.

• Review design requests with the manager and sales staff.
• Meet with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
• Measure client spaces to ensure accuracy and avoid installation issues.
• Develop creative layouts tailored to client requirements.
• Assist clients with color, fabric, and material selections.
• Prepare materials boards, as required.
• Provide preliminary budget specifications for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to finalize design layouts and secure sign-offs.
• Produce detailed final drawings and specifications.
• Submit drawings and specifications for review by Operations.
• Prepare and submit complete installation packages to Operations.
• Stay informed on new products and offerings by engaging with manufacturers and vendor representatives.

• Degree in Design from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, computer-aided design tools, and internet research.
• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
