Organizational Strategy
- Serve as a key member of Sedgwick County’s Leadership Team, shaping and executing long-term IT strategies that support county-wide initiatives.
- Chair the Technology Review Board (TRB) to assess and address the technology needs of multiple departments and agencies.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, fostering innovation to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Evaluate current IT capabilities, identifying strategic improvements that boost performance and align with organizational goals.

IT Division Leadership & Performance Management
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or a related field. Ten years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology. Two years of experience managing enterprise-wide projects or programs. Per Sedgwick County Policy, this is a driving level position that requires a valid US driver’s license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications : Fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience in information technology management and leadership. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or a related field.
