Sedona Crystal Vortex have 3 vibrant and welcoming crystal retail stores in Uptown Sedona. We provide our customers with high-quality crystals, gemstones, and deliver exceptional customer shopping experiences. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Provide information on crystal properties, uses, and care.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and pricing of new merchandise.
- Participate in store events and workshops to promote products and customer engagement.
- Stay knowledgeable about new arrivals and trends in the crystal community.
Qualifications
- Passion for crystals, gemstones, excellent customer service.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
