Pay : $17.00 / hr
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 45 PM
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Experience Representative to join our call center team. This role will focus exclusively on processing payments, updating bank information, and maintaining accurate personal information on insurance policies. Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
