LVN, or RN Charge 2pm-10pm, M-F

Sedona Trace Health and Wellness Center in Austin, TX is currently looking for LVN to join our skilled nursing facility. Are you someone with high energy who has a passion for quality care and service for patients. If so, we would love to consider you!

We're offering a $5,000 Sign on bonus for this position.

• 2pm-10pm, M-F
• PRN

The LVN- RN will provide nursing care within the scope of practice of a registered nurse including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing and assessing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes.

Qualifications:

• Current LVN, or RN license in the State of Texas
• Prior experience in skilled nursing / long term care is helpful but not required
• Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
• Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
