Position: Landscape Crew Foreman
Location: On-the-job; starting point each day at our premises on Delsea Drive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $27 , commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape crew members in daily operations
- Oversee landscaping projects, including planting, hardscaping, and maintenance
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld at all times
- Manage equipment and supplies, ensuring the team is fully prepared for daily tasks
- Communicate with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services rendered
- Maintain crew morale and motivation while working efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role and a willingness to learn
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment, materials, and maintenance techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical settings
