Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our organization’s daily operations. Duties
- Schedule and manage landscape crews.
- Conduct regular site visits.
- Track and manage production hours.
- Daily and weekly project scheduling.
- Oversee current projects ensuring quality and scope of work is performed on a regular basis.
- Provide hands-on help as needed to assure quality control of properties.
- Track and manage production schedule and budgets.
- Inventory control.
- Safey and training, audits and reports as required.
- Perform site inspections and reporting.
- Enforce company compliance and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and supervise teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on profit loss management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
