Location: Lehigh Valley, PA (Remote 100%)
Compensation: Commission Only
See It Right Here Executive Search is hiring! We are a rapidly growing national search company that specializes in recruiting in the Mechanical Construction vertical. We work with our clients on the distribution channel side as well as the construction side. The field is rapidly expanding and our clients are hiring quickly!
We run a full desk and stay in our verticals. Our compensation program is wide open. All of our recruiters work on a 40-80% commission program. If you are looking for an opportunity that allows you to work from home and earn as much as you want, then this opportunity is for you. This is a commission only position.
As an Executive Recruiter with See It Right Here, you will be responsible for developing a client base, building and growing customer relationships, developing a candidate pool and ultimately placing the professional with a client. In addition, we have many openings that you will be able to fill and generate almost immediate compensation.
Requirements/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years recruiting experience
- Full understanding of the HVAC & Mechanical Construction distribution and channel and construction field
- Previous experience recruiting in construction
- Strong drive to succeed
- Excellent phone skills
- Desire to learn outstanding sales techniques; including cold calling, client development and negotiating
- Strong internet searching abilities and profiling techniques
- Desire to earn unlimited compensation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Competitive person who loves to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities:
- Identify strong candidates from numerous sources including but not limited to: networking, internet, job portals, industry knowledge, database, direct sourcing (head hunting), etc.
- Conduct phone, zoom, and in-person interviews for appropriate candidates
- The ability to learn and manage the full life-cycle of recruiting from beginning to end
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of new and innovate search technique
