Position: HVAC Service Technician/Helper
Location: Niantic, CT
Type: Permanent-Full Time
Compensation: $60,000 to $95,000 - Commensurate with Experience

About the Position: You are the expert…The HVAC Service Technician must be organized, thoughtful and willing to work with a talented team of HVAC professionals at all levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in the field servicing the needs of the clients in the territory.
Experience: Our client is looking to hire HVAC Technicians. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one (1) year of working in the field as an HVAC technician and possess the ability to work independently and mentor the other team members. HVAC Requirements:
- Current licensing
- Relevant experience in commercial and residential HVAC installation and service
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Agreeable to an on- call rotation
- Able to pass a background check
