Position: Regional Warehouse Manager – HVAC Distribution Channel
Location: Connecticut (Multiple Locations)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Exempt
Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 Commensurate with Experience
About the Position: As the REGIONAL WAREHOUSE MANAGER, you will be driving outcomes in maximizing warehouse operations. The company has a proven history, and is looking for a talented leader to lead, manage, and be accountable for warehouse operations across multiple branches throughout Connecticut.
This is a highly visible and accessible leadership role. This is NOT a desk job. It is on the floor, working directly with the Warehouse Supervisors and the Warehouse Operational team to achieve traction and make a difference to the bottom line while meeting the standards of all customer service levels. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishing and improving warehouse operational efficiencies across all company locations
- Team Development through effective recruiting, training, and managing to achieve individual and team outcomes
- Maintain, develop, and implement safety initiatives and protocols
- Fleet and Facility Management
Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience in Leadership in Logistics/Warehouse and Distribution
- Full understanding of the HVAC and Plumbing distribution industry
- Proficiency in ERP Systems
- Proficiency in WMS Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in data analysis
- Proven track record of warehouse workflow optimization
