Job Description Summary:
Manages and ensures proper allocation of time, resources, supplies, schedules, lab assistance and maintenance for all projects that move through the Visual Merchandising Team. Supports photoshoot planning, product procurement, and photo studio maintenance, along with general marketing team needs.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75k-$92k; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains schedules, milestones and workflows for all visual merchandising projects and instruction documents from inception to completion using internal project management tools. Ensures schedules align with print deadlines and seasonal launch dates.
- Maintains process documentation for the department. Identifies opportunities to adjust and revise work processes to increase efficiency.
- Keeps the visual lab and candy archive properly stocked, current and organized. Disposes of out-of-date visual packaging, signage inventory on a regular schedule
- Maintains the Shop Directory to keep information accurate and updated with new or remodeled shops.
- Manages fulfillment and distribution of shop visual instructions. Ensures deadlines are met through all steps of the process from planning and kitting to delivery coordination and tracking.
- Supports product photo shoots by ordering all packaging and candy needed, creating product shot lists, checking product for accuracy and providing on-set help as needed. Refreshes all year packed candy stock each quarter and maintains studio upkeep.
- Ensures all visual instructions and assets are ingested into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system using correct naming conventions and metadata tags.
- Assists with other duties and projects as requested
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills. Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adept at collaboration and problem solving in support of business needs.
- A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment and comfort with ambiguity. Self-motivated and proactive with a sense of urgency. Able to manage multiple projects and quickly respond to and act upon critical feedback.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, and in a positive manner.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Google Docs and Acrobat. Experience with project management tools a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business, Project Management Certification or equivalent work experience. Merchandising and/or photo shoot experience a plus.
