IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL 📝
- Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Manage all aspects of the planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking
- Provide on-site management and supervise staff and community volunteers
- Implement hybrid, virtual and in-person events on time and within budget
- Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction for staff and volunteers related to each event
- Lead and coordinate promotional activities related to events
- Produce reports and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders
- Identify potential event opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them
- Create timelines and tasks for each event and monitor progress
ABOUT YOU 🥇
- Requires a minimum of three years’ events management experience. Fundraising experience preferred. BA/BS degree in related field preferred. Must poses a proven track record of identifying and maximizing event opportunities. Self-starter and a team player with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
