Director Learning Center

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Center Director to lead our educational facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in higher education and education administration, with a commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for students. As the Center Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the center’s operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and program development.
• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students and align with institutional goals.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
• Educate students on academic policies, procedures, and available resources to support their educational journey.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to ensure academic achievement.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including community organizations and educational institutions, to enhance program offerings.
• Conduct regular assessments of programs and services to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills

• Strong background in higher education teaching and education administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

Child Development Experience

• Childcare Certification
• Child Development Associate Certification
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
