Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled coordinator with a minimum of three years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, developing a service schedule, supporting our technicians, and working with other departments. This role requires strong computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer service, including phone and email communications.
- Creating and maintaining a schedule for reactive service, quoted repairs, installations and planned maintenance.
- Support our service technicians and installers.
- Work with supervisors to prioritize field activities, and assign tasks based on skill set.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
