Position - Data Entry Specialist
Job Location - Remote - must live within WI or MN
Employment Term - Temp to Hire, starting March 2025
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) -2nd Shift 1 : 00pm-9 : 30pm, Mon-Fri
Starting Pay - $14.00 per hour
Required Education - High School Diploma / GED
Required Experience - Previous high volume data entry experience preferred, typing tests required
As a Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include data entry and verification of data online interface with a high level of accuracy and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Duties
- Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.
- Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.
- Complete understanding of business rules.
- Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
