Position – CNC Programmer
Job Location – Green Bay WI
Starting Date – Immediate,12/1/2024
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time, Part-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience ($28 )
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays
Required Education – Technical Diploma CNC Machinist/Programmer exp. preferred
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities [3-5 Bullet Points ex: Mount, install, align and secure tools and attachments]
- Precision Programming: Create and edit CNC programs using CAM software.
- Machine Mastery: Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Fixture Fabrication: Design and build fixtures to optimize production.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect parts to ensure they meet strict tolerances and specifications.
Qualifications [3-5 Bullet Points ex: High School Diploma or equivalent]
-Technical Diploma or equivalent
-Exp. As a CNC machinist / programmer
-Exp. With computer assisted programming (CAM,HSM and Mastercam preferred)
