SWISS CNC PROGRAMMER
1st shift Schedule for a premier Ozaukee County Employer
Job Duties will include:
•Program and editing machine software for specific CNC Swiss jobs in the department
•Set up all swiss CNC machines within assigned department
•Read all blue prints
Ability to train employees within department in operating the departments machine
•Operate and maintain all inspections equipment specific to the department
•Perform general maintenance on all department machines
Requirements include:
•Ability to use inspection equipment including but not limited to Dial Caliper, 0-1” mic. , 1-2” mic 2-3” mic. Depth set mic set at 0-6”
•Ability to change inserts, perform offsets and tool changes
•Have the appropriate and necessary tools on site to perform assigned job duties
•Ability to read blue prints at a level which is necessary for inspection procedures.
Qualifications include:
Must have CNC Programming on Swiss machines to apply.
