💼 What You’ll Do:
- Assist low-income households with energy assistance applications.
- Provide case management services to help consumers access resources.
- Conduct outreach to connect with those in need.
- Make group presentations at community-based organizations.
- Once hired on, perform home visits for homebound individuals.
- Maintain accurate case files and reports.
- Work in a collaborative, team-driven environment with opportunities for growth.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (courses in business, social work, or related fields a plus!).
- Two years of experience in interviewing, financial data collection, or social services-related work.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer and internet fluency with 95% accuracy in data entry.
- Flexibility to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for home visits.
