Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Roberts, WI. This position is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components used in manufacturing and industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and experience working with hand tools, wiring, and small parts assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electro-mechanical components according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Perform wiring, soldering, and crimping of electrical components as needed.
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure proper function and quality.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete precise work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical assembly issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- J-STD-001: The industry standard for soldering processes and materials, emphasizing quality and reliability in soldered electrical and electronic assemblies.
- IPC-610: Focuses on the acceptability of electronic assemblies, covering workmanship and quality standards for various assembly types.
- IPC-620: Establishes criteria for cable and wire harness assemblies, including design, materials, and inspection requirements.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and soldering equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging production data and referencing schematics.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Position – Assembly Process Operator II
Job Location – Roberts, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Regular
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience $20 - $25 per hour

Required Experience – Previous manufacturing experience is preferred!
The Assembly Process Operator is responsible for safely & accurately processing assembly build steps required for the completion of an assembly item. Process Operators must review assembly order paperwork, be able to understand the work instructions, & execute the process steps to specification. Good communication & listening skills are essential to learning the proper methods and reasons behind the how and why we process our operational steps in a certain way.
Responsibilities
- Conduct process operations to order specifications using manual dexterity, hand tools and equipment
- Conduct quality checks, inspecting parts for process defects and nonconformances & verify counts
- Operate light machinery and equipment common in wire harness assembly
- Perform basic order entry, documenting quality issues, filling in records, and transferring orders
- Must be able to read through complex customer prints, blueprints, bills of material, visual aid guides, and process sheets, and to execute most process steps efficiently without much help or direction from their trainers or leads.
Qualifications
- Manual hand dexterity, hand tool use, light machinery, blueprint reading, data entry, & good communication.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Thorough attention to detail
