Position – Injection Molding Set-Up Technician
Job Location – Pewaukee, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd Shift (11:00pm – 7:00am)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience
The Plastic Injection Molding Setup Technician is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specific quality and production standards. This role requires a strong understanding of the molding process, machine operation, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient production flows.
Responsibilities
-Set-up and calibration of plastic injection molding machines
-Monitoring/troubleshooting of machines and any processes
-Perform routine maintenance on molding machines
-Ability to use setup, but programming can be learned on the job
Qualifications
-HS Diploma/GED, 1 year of experience in plastic industry
-Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machine operation, and mold setup.
-Mechanically inclined and excellent math skills required
-Forklift driving experience is preferred
