Molding Production Set Up Operator
Shift: 2nd, (2pm-10pm)
Pay: $23-$28/hr. (Based on Experience)
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience setting up, troubleshooting and operating compression and/or injection molding presses
- Certification or a relevant technical degree in molding is preferred but molding experience is most important.
- Highly responsible with experience in overseeing production with no immediate supervision.
Job Duties:
- Set up molding presses for production, including CNC injection presses
- Set up cycle time for molding
- Remove and install molds into various presses
- Regulate proper temperatures and set cycle time for molding and curing
- Diagnose troubles and make compensating adjustments
- Interact with and support molding operator assistant
- Meet strict quality standards and product specifications
- Diligently follow a production schedule while responding effectively to schedule changes
Salary : $23 - $28
