Position: Market Research Recruiter

Location: Bloomington, MN (on-site)

Hours: 9am to 5pm

Pay: $20.00-$22.00

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Market Research Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and scheduling potential research participants for various client projects. Your strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work with precision will ensure the integrity and accuracy of our recruitment processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

·      Proactively recruit and generate qualified participants for client market research projects with professionalism and integrity.

·      Screen participants, conduct follow-ups, and utilize targeted web searches within specific databases to identify potential candidates.

·      Meet established recruitment and participation goals, as well as call volume and other key performance metrics.

·      Adapt to an environment that balances repetitive tasks with dynamic project requirements.

·      Maintain a professional, polished, and assertive communication style while engaging with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage recruitment projects effectively, ensuring a sense of urgency and balance between production goals, customer service, and quality.

·      Ensure data collected is accurate, reliable, and aligns with the project’s established framework and schedule.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

·      Strong time management skills with the ability to follow through on multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Ability to overcome objections and implement closing strategies.

·      Adherence to established procedures and policies.

·      Exceptional rapport-building skills with gatekeepers and potential participants.

·      Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated team player.

·      Proficient data entry skills, with the ability to type at least 45 words per minute.

·      Prior experience in telemarketing or outbound call environments, demonstrating strong organizational skills and consistent call volume execution.

·      Goal-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-intensive work environment.

·      Strong interpersonal communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality.

General Requirements:

·      Proficiency in industry-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Willingness to assist with various data entry tasks, including label creation, screener entry, and report population when recruitment demand is lower.
