Medical Customer Service Rep

Great opportunity for an experienced medical customer service representative! This full time, temp to hire position will allow you to work in a fast paced and fun environment.

Position – Patient Services Representative

Job Location – Appleton

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1^st shift

Starting Pay – $17.50/hr

Required Experience – Medical office experience is helpful

Responsibilities

-Answering a multi line phone system and directing calls as needed

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and co-workers.

- schedule appointments

- Register patients when call in for appointments

- Retrieve insurance information

Qualifications 

- Great customer service skills are required

- Must be comfortable working on a computer all day

- Medical office experience is encouraged.

- Must be able to easily multi-task.

- Must be able to think out of the box and problem solve
