P&C CSR

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused PL & CL CSR. As a Full-time CSR, you will play a crucial role in managing multi-line commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong carrier relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of multi-line commercial accounts
• Address customers’ daily service requests
• Evaluate and recommend coverages to meet client/prospect needs
• Maintain solid carrier relations
• Review policies for accuracy
• Process certificates, binders, change requests, claims, audits, and endorsements
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in commercial insurance lines
• Experience working within commercial lines insurance agency is a PLUS
• Strong technology skills including proficiency with Windows, database functionality, electronic document management system, and internet navigation
• Comfortable communicating with clients and carriers over the phone, in person, and via email
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma / Associate degree desired
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is a PLUS
  
  

Day-to-day

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer service requests, evaluating coverages, and maintaining carrier relations. You will work closely with clients and carriers to ensure their needs are met while upholding the highest standards of service.
