Paint Line Attendant (Masker) - First Shift – Watertown, WI

POSITION – Paint Line Attendant (Masker)
JOB LOCATION – Watertown, WI
STARTING DATE – Start as soon as TOMORROW!
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift (1:30pm-11:30pm)
STARTING PAY – $17.00 per hour

Requirements
Physical Demands
The masker position is considered medium to sedentary work. The masker may have to exert up to 96lbs. of force (2 person) occasionally, 20lbs. frequently, or 10lbs. constantly. The masker will be required to repetitively use the upper extremities as required to mask the parts on a moving line. The masker will be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, carry, lift, push and pull in order to get the product ready to be masked and transferred to the line. The masker may be required to work at a rapid speed depending upon the need for the item being masked.
Personal Physiological Demands
The masker may be required to work occasional overtime. Must be able to work in a cooperative manner as teamwork is often required. They may also be required to do repetitious operations.
Education and Training
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively through oral and written channels.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties as verified by a licensed physician.
• Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The masker works in a sit down, or standing position. The work can be on the line, or off the line. The masking area is clean and the temperature will vary based on the shop temperature. On the line work will require working in a brisk fashion.
