Paint Line Attendant – First Shift – Watertown, WI

POSITION – Line Attendant (Powder)
JOB LOCATION – Watertown, WI
STARTING DATE – Start as soon as TOMORROW!
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (5:30am-2:30pm)
STARTING PAY – $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Read and follow work instructions & document required information on Work Process Orders, Process Line Procedure Forms, and Part Identification Tags and Packing Lists
-
Arrange product that is hanging on racking fixtures, prior to being E-Coated
-
Mask parts or plug holes prior to E-Coating
-
Un-rack parts, un-mask parts, inspect, and package parts after E-Coating, and prior to shipping
Requirements

Physical Demands

Reach in a forward manner to place items and take items off the racks

Stand and walk most of the shift
-
Work at a more rapid pace depending upon need for product
-
Visual acuity and excellent depth perception are necessary in performing critical functions of this position
-

Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words
-
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply.
-
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
-
Motor coordination and dexterity are critical in this position.
-
Must be able to coordinate eye and hand/finger movements when placing the parts on the racks.

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
