Position – Production Assembler
Job Location – Ixonia, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:00pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $19 - $20per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least year of experience
Responsibilities
- Assembling parts and subassemblies
- Read blueprints and assembly work instructions in English
- Basic math and counting abilities
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits at month end
- Completes timely first part and quality control audits
- Provide and assist with production set up activities
- Provide assistance in shipping and receiving, as instructed
- Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Must be able to lift 50 lb., sometimes repetitively throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to reach overhead, work in stooping, kneeling, and standing positions
- Must be able to perform pushing, pulling, bending and climbing activities using hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, back and legs
