Position – Production Operator
Job Location – New Berlin, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00am – 2:00pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $22 per hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
-Set up, adjust, and load machines
-Test and measure finished products, while recording their activities
-Act as the back up to the other Production Operators, Sanitation Technicians and other personnel during absences
-Perform and follow daily and weekly cleaning procedures
Qualifications
-HS Diploma or equivalent required
-1 year of experience in production operations, preferably food and beverage
-Ability to multi-task, use teamwork, and work independently
-Must have strong mechanical aptitude/math skills
