Position – Part Time Quickbook Specialist
Job Location – Sheboygan Falls, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Part-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift - 9am - 1pm, M-F for Training then 9am-1pm, M - Thurs.
Starting Pay – $22/hr
Benefits – Vacation/holidays
Required Education – High School Diploma/Assoc. preferred
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a QuickBooks Specialist/Bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments and preparing financial reports using quickbooks.
Responsibilities
-Proficiently manage financial records using QuickBooks
-Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Qualifications
-Proficient in QuickBooks
-Strong understanding of accounting principles(general ledger, A/P-A/R and financial reporting)
-Excellent organizational and analytical skills(multi-task, prioritize & identify protential issues)
-Ability to maintain accurate and reliable financial records.
