POSITION – Shop Foreman Assistant
JOB LOCATION – Green Bay, WI
STARTING DATE – ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)
STARTING PAY – $25 - $28 Based on experience
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 2 years welding
Background Profile
- Ability/Want to be hands-on
- Assigning tasks to ensure timely completion
- Ability to mentor/coach team members
- Training new associates
- Conduct Reviews
- Assist with implementing process improvements strategies
- Possess ability to understand/comprehend blueprints
- Complete various welds – MIG/Stick/Flux/TIG
- Conduct quality inspections
- Possess great communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude
