We’re looking for a dependable, curious, and hands-on individual to join our team as an Shop Support Assistant. This is a brand-new position, ideal for someone who’s interested in learning more about the automotive industry—whether you're leaning toward the mechanical side, customer service, or small business management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Keeping the shop clean and organized
- Picking up parts and running errands
- Taking vehicle photos for digital inspections
- Assisting with writing estimate
- And yes... holding the flashlight like a champ
You’ll be working alongside experienced techs and service staff, gaining insight into modern-world shop operations. If you’re mechanically inclined, you’ll get the chance to shadow repairs and maybe even get your hands dirty. If you're more interested in the business side, you'll be exposed to estimating, parts sourcing, and shop workflow. Plus, you’ll see what top-notch customer service looks like in action.
