We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Operations Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day operations around the office.
Position Summary:
The Office & Operations Assistant will be responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth operations in our office and production areas. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Perform general office cleaning and organization tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Operate basic machinery (training provided)
- Take outgoing mail and packages to the post office
- Support various general office and operational needs
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner
- Physical ability to lift packages and perform manual tasks
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
