In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships, all while helping our homeowners navigate through the various processes of obtaining a new roof. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in expanding our market presence and driving sales.
Whether you have a background in sales, roofing or are coming in fresh— our elite training academy program will provide you with the opportunity to learn from some of the best roofing sales representative in the industry. If you have prior experience we can fast track you into the field. We will do our part to set you up to be a $100k sales rep in your first year. THE DOWN LOW:
- 16 week training program through SeekOne Sales Academy broken into @ different phases! to set you up for success (no roofing experience required)
- 1099 position with opportunities and support to make over $100k in your first year
- Team trips for top performers
- Weekly & Monthly bonuses based on performance
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with homeowners through D2D
- Work heavily within client referrals
- Generate inspection reports of roof damages
- Explain and assist clients with insurance claims processes
- Help homeowners with roofing brand/color/style selections
- Keep up with industry market knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
- Self motivated, disciplined, and confident team-players
- Comfortable interacting face to face with clients
- Ability to climb a ladder to inspect homeowners roof when necessary
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Must currently reside in or around the Franklin, TN area (or be willing to relocate)
PAY:
Salary: $100,000 - $300,000 / AVG Yearly
