Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement the strategy for all SEGA e-commerce platforms for SEGA’s Transmedia West consumer products division. This role will oversee all SEGA and Atlus IP e-shops across the Americas and Europe including but not limited to Sonic the Hedgehog, Persona, Metaphor, Shnobi, Jet Set Radio and many more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
SEGA Shops and Atlus Shop
- Develop the strategy for SEGA Shops and e-commerce, working with global teams as needed
- Leverage Brand Marketing initiatives, capitalize on brand buzz to launch and drive products
- Focus on Product Development to create differentiated product assortments for official SEGA stores that is different from SEGA licensed products at retail.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with e-com vendors to maximize sales performance, expand category offerings and elevate onsite shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze e-com vendor performance, addressing issues and identifying opportunities
- Manage full e-commerce P&L responsibilities and reporting as needed including quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting and analyzing key data and KPIs
- Regularly review and refine the product mix based on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to enhance category share and sales.
Amazon & Walmart
- Develop Amazon and Walmart merch strategy for Print-on-Demand, Merch-on-Demand, etc.
- Leverage Amazon best practices to manage Amazon brand stores and Merch on Demand for SEGA franchises in US and EU markets, including day to day management, update/linking partner ASINs, provide opportunities and recommendations for growth.
- Responsible for Amazon Advertising strategy, management of budget, weekly reporting and tracking ROAS to ensure effectiveness of campaigns and drive traffic and revenue.
- Manage Day to day of SEGA and Amazon MOD relationship.
- Analyze and understand the Licensed Apparel competitive landscape and market trends
- Organize and lead quarterly business review meetings with retailer e-commerce divisions
DTC and Retailer E-com sites
- Develop and implement the strategy for each retailer.com to promote SEGA licensed products
- Manage webstore relationships with all SEGA and Atlus Licensees alongside account managers to plan e-commerce line, webstore visuals and marketing approvals.
Other Duties/Requirements:
- Work closely with Marketing teams to align product drops and secure marketing support for launches.
- Be the point of contact for all SEGA and Atlus webstore and e-commerce facing development
- Provide high level overview to executives of the growth of the programs.
- Manage SEGA and Atlus customer facing webstores by working with licensees, and e-commerce vendor.
- Manage Amazon Merch-on-Demand across multiple sites.
- Work with internal teams for marketing planning for product drops to support company initiative.
- Oversee forecasting and financial planning for all ecommerce
- Working in-office is an essential function of this position. This requirement of face-to-face interaction is in place to ensure effective supervision, collaboration, and teamwork. In-office attendance is required for the following reasons:

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7 years of e-commerce, and/or merchandising experience is mandatory.
- Experience with strategic planning and full e-commerce and Amazon management is necessary.
- Fashion, toys and collectibles experience desirable, as well as knowledge of finance and legal documents.
- Experience as Licensee and Licensor is preferred. B.A. or equivalent work experience.
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop e-commerce strategy
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PS
- Solid organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
Salary : $142,000 - $160,000
