The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic planning. This role ensures the organization’s fiscal health, manages grant and funder reporting, and supports executive leadership with data-driven financial insights. The CFO also oversees the finance team, drives process improvements, and ensures alignment between financial operations and organizational goals.Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support organizational sustainability and growth.
- Oversee all finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, grant, and audit requirements, including timely tax filings and financial reporting.
- Guide the annual budgeting process and monitor actuals versus projections to inform decision-making.
- Manage financial aspects of grant funding, including budgeting, tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Provide clear, strategic financial reports and recommendations to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
- Supervise and support the finance team, fostering continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.
- Collaborate on fundraising initiatives by supporting grant proposals and ensuring financial readiness for new funding.
- Oversee organizational insurance policies and assess financial risk to ensure adequate coverage and mitigation.

Salary : $140,000 - $155,000
