Segrera Associates is partnering with a software company in Miami that is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst that will report directly to the Senior Manager and will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and analysis to support the GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Product. This role plays a key part in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for GTM teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy. The Senior Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and optimize GTM investments, provide financial modeling support, and assist in decision-making processes to enhance operational efficiency.
In this role you will:
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Go-To-Market teams.
- Analyze key GTM metrics such as sales performance, CAC, LTV, and marketing ROI.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of GTM strategies like pricing changes, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Track and evaluate KPIs to assess the effectiveness of GTM activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis for new initiatives and strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or related roles, with a focus on Go-To-Market functions or SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn) and how they apply to GTM functions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (including financial modeling) and experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, etc.).
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate financial insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets and financial systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
