Job Description
This position on-site at the Tulsa, Ok Bus assembly plant.
Responsibilities
- Run Program Level MasterDot review, highlighting risks, and elevating help required
- Future State facility integrated planning
- Coordinate Technical Reviews (PAFs, pre-PAFs, etc.)
- Capital/expense budget estimates, spend tracking, and contract management, reporting, and tracking of vendors
- Evaluating Program needs against budget, timeline, and resource requirements
- Facilitate impact analysis to quantify any changes to baseline cost, timing, and deliverables
- Support Build Readiness reviews
- Clearly define and maintain the interfaces between Program Team and related functional organizations
- Maintain meetings with plant staff to provide weekly feedback on status of timing and budget.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years' Experience with the Job Description items
