KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Procurement Strategy : Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with organizational objectives.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient purchasing processes.Analyze market trends to anticipate and mitigate supply chain challenges.Supplier Management : Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.Negotiate contracts and terms to secure competitive pricing.Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Contract Management : Draft, review, and manage contracts to meet company and legal standards.Monitor and evaluate contract performance, addressing any disputes promptly.Ensure timely renewals or terminations of contracts.Administrative Procurement : Oversee procurement of administrative essentials such as office supplies, IT equipment, and facilities services.Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.Collaborate with finance to allocate budgets effectively and track expenses.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.Proven experience in managing procurement processes and supplier negotiations.Strategic sourcing and supplier management skills.Experience in the power sports industry is preferred.
