Responsibilities:
- Positive Order Delivery Operation Monitoring: Proactively monitor all aspects of the delivery process for complete vehicles, sales accessories, refurbished vehicles, and spare parts orders daily. Collaborate with the logistics and warehousing teams to ensure the smooth and unimpeded flow of the delivery process.
- 2C Customer Order Processing: Cooperate with the call-center to handle customer - initiated orders for complete vehicles (including refurbished vehicles), accessories, and spare parts. This includes, but is not limited to, order placement, cancellation, and modification requests. Actively address abnormal orders and work with the call - center to reduce customer inquiries and complaints regarding delivery timeliness.
- 2B Customer Order Processing: Perform operational procedures for the documents related to the return, refurbishment, and resale of reverse complete vehicles. Ensure the integrity and smooth processing of the documents and guarantee the consistency between the accounts and the actual situation of reverse complete vehicles.
- Abnormal Order Processing: Organize and generate daily reports on abnormal orders for complete vehicles, sales accessories, refurbished vehicles, and spare parts. These reports shall cover, but not be limited to, stuck orders in SAP/WMS/self - operated e - commerce platforms, orders with logistics anomalies, payment - failed orders, and orders with abnormal coupon usage. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve various types of abnormal documents.
- Analysis and Improvement of Order Abnormalities: Conduct in - depth analysis of the causes of various stuck orders and actively assist in promoting the optimization and improvement of the system and internal operational processes.
Job Requirements:
- Have at least one year of experience in 2C and 2B customer order processing. Experience in order processing in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain fields is preferred. Be proficient in using SAP and WMS systems.
- Attach great importance to the accuracy and integrity of data and documents. Be familiar with Excel and be able to use functions to create complex reports and analyze order data.
- Possess strong problem - analysis and problem - solving abilities and be able to quickly identify and resolve the causes of order abnormalities.
